Listing Rules

1. License requirement

Agents and agencies must provide a valid national license number. Listings by unlicensed intermediaries are not permitted and will be removed.

2. Verified ownership

Owners must submit a title deed or a written authorization to market the property. We support properties without a title deed (e.g. under construction) with appropriate documentation.

3. Prohibited content

• Fake, duplicate, or bait-and-switch listings.
• Misleading pricing or undisclosed fees.
• Discriminatory or illegal terms.
• Third-party contact details impersonating others.

4. Moderation

All listings pass automated validation and may be manually reviewed. CyEstate may suspend, edit, or remove any listing that breaches these rules. Repeated violations can lead to account closure.

5. Reporting

Users can report suspicious listings using the report control on any listing page. Reports are reviewed by our compliance team within two business days.
