Account data (name, email, phone), verification documents (ID, title deed, utility bill where required), listing content, enquiry messages, device metadata, and usage logs.

2. Lawful basis

• Contract: providing the marketplace service you signed up for.
• Legal obligation: KYC, license verification, tax and fraud compliance.
• Legitimate interests: platform safety, analytics, dispute handling.
• Consent: marketing emails, cookies beyond strictly necessary.

3. Retention

Account and listing data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards. Verification documents are retained for the period required by law. Enquiry messages are retained for 18 months.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Exercise these rights from your account settings or by contacting the DPO below.
