1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CyEstate, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform role
CyEstate is a technology platform that connects property owners, licensed agents, and agencies with interested buyers and tenants. CyEstate is not a real estate agent, does not broker transactions, and does not participate in negotiations between parties.
3. User obligations
Users must provide accurate information, complete required verifications, and comply with applicable real estate, consumer, and data protection laws. Prohibited behaviour includes fraudulent listings, unlicensed brokerage, and misuse of personal data.
4. Liability
CyEstate provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the outcome of any transaction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyEstate's liability is limited to the amounts paid to us for the service in the prior twelve months.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the platform and via email where required by law.
